Insurance and Patient Co-payments
Dental insurance can play a role in reducing your out-of-pocket costs. We ask that all patients complete their new patient paperwork and provide insurance information in advance so our team can review benefits prior to your visit.
Our team is happy to assist with submitting dental insurance claims on your behalf, and we can provide benefit estimates based on your individual policy. Please note that insurance benefits are an estimate only, and final reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider.
Flexible Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options through our partner, Sunbit. Sunbit is a one of a kind payment option tailored to each patient allowing monthly payment options and low interest rates with as little down as $1.

Appointments and Consultations
We welcome all new patients! This appointment includes a professional cleaning, dental imaging, and a comprehensive exam where Dr. Schwab will review your dental and medical histories.
If additional treatment is recommended, we will develop a personalized treatment plan and provide a detailed breakdown of out of pocket costs. When applicable, our front office team can also review estimated insurance benefits so you can make informed decisions about your care.
